(Previously Day Habilitation). AMOL provides assistance in developing self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary for successful community living. Services are typically delivered in group settings and include personal assistance, medication management, and support with tasks delegated by a registered nurse.

Residential Services
We provide Home and Community-based Services (HCS) such as host home & group homes that offer individuals with IDD the opportunity to live in traditional, home-like environments. These residences support personal care, independent living skills, health maintenance, & community engagement, enabling clients to develop & retain essential life skills within a supportive setting.
Specialized Therapies
Our company provides access to licensed and/or certified professionals for social work services and counseling, addressing the emotional and psychological needs of clients to support holistic well-being. Specialized therapies include occupational, physical, and speech therapies
Employment Assistance
AMOL assists individuals in identifying employment preferences, job skills, and suitable work environments. The organization supports clients in locating paid employment opportunities and provides ongoing support to help them sustain their employment, fostering economic independence and community participation
Behavioral Support
Our organization offers specialized interventions aimed at increasing adaptive behaviors and modifying maladaptive behaviors that hinder community inclusion. Services encompass assessment, individualized behavior support plans, and training for family members and other providers
Adaptive Aids & Minor Home Modifications
To enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities and function effectively in their environments, we provide adaptive aids and minor home modifications services that include the provision, repair, and maintenance of items or adaptations that promote greater independence within the home
Dental Treatment
Recognizing the importance of oral health, we also offer dental services of up to $2,000 per year for individuals over the age of 21 for HCS clients; $1,000 per year for individuals over the age of 21 for TxHmL client, addressing a critical aspect of overall well-being
